Cooperation model
This role presents a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in launching a startup from scratch. In our venture building model, you will have significant control over shaping both the product and the enterprise. Your role involves strategizing and executing ambitious plans, managing operations comprehensively, and guiding a team toward peak performance. This position allows you to influence our strategic direction, catalyze growth, and make a substantial impact across multiple industries. Ideal candidates should possess excellent networking skills and a deep insight into technology and business development.
Climate tech startups have the potential to lead in renewable energy innovations, developing new technologies for sustainable power generation and storage. There is significant potential in developing technologies for environmental monitoring and protection, including pollution control, resource management, and ecosystem restoration.
Main responsibilities as a Founder
- Craft and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and innovation,
- Assemble and lead a high-caliber team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence,
- Direct the development of products, ensuring they meet diverse market needs and engage a wide user base,
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation,
- Oversee financial management of the startup, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting,
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards across different sectors,
- Utilize the latest market insights to propel company growth and success,
- Leverage your expertise in technology and business development to enhance product and service offerings,
- Stimulate revenue growth through effective sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships,
- Lead with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to our core values.
Requirements
- Proven track record, at least 5 years of leadership experience in a startup environment,
- Strong understanding of technology trends and business development strategies,
- Exceptional networking and business development skills,
- Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about fostering growth and innovation,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities,
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup setting,
- Knowledgeable in project management and process design,
- Proficiency in Polish and English,
- Experience in building startups “from scratch”.
