Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, innovation, and market leadership,
Spearhead sales and marketing strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships to fuel revenue growth,
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence,
Participate in the development of products and services that address customer needs and market demands,
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify and seize new opportunities,
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure sound financial health,
Exemplify integrity, work ethic, and commitment to the company's core values.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record:
At least 3 years of leadership experience in startups,
At least 3 years of experience in B2C marketing,
Demonstrable experience in creating and executing marketing strategies.
Strong grasp of technology trends, market dynamics, and business development strategies,
Passion for fostering growth, innovation, and resilience in a fast-paced environment,
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities,
Knowledge of project management methodologies and process design,
Fluency in both Polish and English.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the energy market.
