Main responsibilities

  • New approach to the company's work rhythm and efficiency,
  • Guide the company's direction with a clear, strategic vision. You'll be responsible for setting the tone, culture, and trajectory of our scaleup.
  • Oversee all operational aspects, ensuring that the company's day-to-day activities align with strategic goals. Lead with agility to adapt to market changes and technological advancements.
  • Drive the company's growth, both in terms of market share and technological innovation. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and partners to ensure sustainable and scalable growth.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance team. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring a strong ROI on all investments.


  • Proven experience in managing a company as CEO or COO, preferably in a SaaS or tech startup environment.
  • Strong ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and innovation.
  • Hands-on experience in managing operations, teams, and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS landscape, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and engage stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, startup mindset.
