Cooperation model

This role presents a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in launching a startup from scratch. In our venture building model, you will have significant control over shaping the product and the enterprise. Your role involves strategizing and executing ambitious plans, managing operations comprehensively, and guiding a team toward peak performance. This position allows you to influence strategic direction, catalyze growth, and make a substantial impact. Ideal candidates should possess excellent networking skills and a deep insight into technology and business development. Our primary goal is to create a reliable and user-friendly energy price prediction system. This innovative system will be designed to help companies and consumers forecast energy prices accurately, enabling smarter decision-making and fostering a more efficient and sustainable energy market.

Main responsibilities as a Co-founder

  • Craft and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and innovation,

  • Stimulate revenue growth through effective sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships within the industry to foster collaboration and business opportunities,

  • Co-create a high-caliber team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence,

  • Support the development of products, ensuring they meet diverse market needs and engage a wide user base,

  • Oversee financial management of the startup, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting,

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards across different sectors,

  • Utilize the latest market insights to propel company growth and success,

Requirements

  • Proven track record in selling solutions directly to large enterprises in the energy sector, with a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, customer pain points, and procurement processes,
  • Autonomy and creativity in developing business relationships and strategies,
  • Exceptional networking and business development skills,
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about fostering growth and innovation,
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities,
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup setting,
  • Proficiency in Polish and English.
