Red Sky is a #StartupStudio with +18 years of experience developing IT tech & products. We are a strategic partner of the Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder fund. We cooperate through a unique business model that combines the skills of a startup studio and a venture capital fund. We operate using the #VentureBuilding formula. Cooperation model

This unique venture building model of cooperation ensures you a pivotal role in building a startup from the ground up and driving success in the AI assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create the product and the company. As the CEO of this groundbreaking project, you will be at the helm of an innovative venture poised to revolutionize the industry through advanced AI technologies. Your role encompasses strategic leadership, operational oversight, and visionary guidance to ensure AI agents' successful development.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking strategic vision for the company's growth

  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships within the industry to foster collaboration and business opportunities.

  • Oversee the development of products, ensuring they meet the needs of our target audience and drive user engagement.

  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

  • Manage the financial performance of the startup, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in AI and apply this knowledge to drive the company's growth and success.

  • Leverage a deep understanding of cloud services to enhance our product offerings.

We require

  • A proven track record of leadership in a startup or high-growth environment.

  • A deep understanding of AI and cloud services and the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies.

  • Strong sales background with a talent for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving growth and creating value.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • A strong network of industry contacts and relationships.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in designing and/or mapping processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Polish and English.
