Red Sky is a #StartupStudio with +17 years of experience developing IT tech & products. We are a strategic partner of the Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder fund. We cooperate through a unique business model that combines the skills of a startup studio and a venture capital fund. We operate using the #VentureBuilding formula – based on the experience of experts, we create IT solutions and support promising startups.


Cooperation model

This unique venture building model of cooperation ensures you a pivotal role in building a startup from the ground up and driving success in the AI infrastructure. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create the product and the company. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, overseeing all aspects of operations, and leading a high-performing team. You will have the unique opportunity to shape our strategic direction, foster growth, and make a significant impact on the AI infrastructure. We are looking for a leader with exceptional networking abilities, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of cloud services.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking strategic vision for the company's growth in the AI infrastructure
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships,
  • Build and nurture strong industry relationships, 
  • Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence,
  • Oversee the development of the product, ensuring it meets the needs of our target audience and drives user engagement,
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth,
  • Manage the financial performance of the startup, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting,
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards,
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the AI infrastructure, and apply this knowledge to drive the company's growth and success,
  • Leverage your deep understanding of cloud services to enhance our product offerings,
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to the company's mission and values.

We require

  • A proven track record of leadership in a startup or high-growth environment,
  • A deep understanding of cloud services and the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies,
  • Strong sales background with a talent for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities,
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving growth and creating value,
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities,
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,
  • A strong network of industry contacts and relationships,
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in designing and/or mapping processes,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Polish and English.

We offer

  • Remuneration of at least PLN 15 000 net B2B + VAT.
