About the role
We’re building new healthcare for men - evidence-based, expert-led, and built from scratch.
We’re at a very early stage and moving fast. That means a lot of things are being created in parallel - ideas, content, processes, decisions.
We’re looking for an Operations Manager who will help bring structure, clarity and execution discipline into our day-to-day operations.
This role combines 70% Operations with 30% close support for the founder and core team. You’ll work directly with the founder and core team to keep things moving, aligned and executed.
This is not a corporate role. It’s for someone hungry, startup-minded and ready to learn by doing - fast.
Your tasks
Operations Manager:
Bring order to daily operations across marketing, business, medical and external partners,
Help build, document and improve simple processes (SOPs, checklists, workflows),
Manage the master operational calendar and ensure the team adheres to key deadlines and milestones,
Coordinate tasks, timelines, priorities and follow-ups across the team,
Work with external vendors (agencies, freelancers, legal, accounting),
Support onboarding of doctors, contractors and collaborators,
Keep internal tools, documentation and shared workspaces structured and up to date,
Track and control the operational budget, ensuring day-to-day expenses and invoices are managed efficiently.
Founder’s Associate
Help organize and clarify information flow around the founder and core team,
Act as a thought partner - bouncing ideas, asking clarifying questions, spotting gaps,
Support communication - co-create & proofread written, visual and organizational documents,
Prepare notes, summaries and follow-ups from key meetings,
Help translate high-level direction into clear next steps for the team.
Who we are looking for (Must-have)
Fast learner with strong adaptability and attention to detail,
Proven track record in startups, operations, project coordination or similar roles (or strong evidence you operate at this level regardless of formal title),
Natural tendency to organize chaos and get things done,
Strong written and verbal communication skills (Polish & English required),
High ownership mindset and proactivity - you love to make things happen,
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with flexible, non-standard hours,
Positive, optimistic, doer-mindset.
