Main Responsibilities:

As a visionary and operational leader, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, innovation, and market leadership.

  • Spearhead sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships to fuel revenue growth.

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

  • Be in contact with customers to understand their needs and uses of the product to establish product development and extension possibilities

  • Drive the development of products and services that address customer needs and market demands.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify and seize new opportunities.

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure sound financial health.

  • Exemplify integrity, work ethic, and commitment to the company's core values.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record:

    • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in startups

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the media sector

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales

  • Strong grasp of technology trends, market dynamics, and business development strategies.

  • Passion for fostering growth, innovation, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and process design.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in sales of data and/or insights
