Integration, Automation & Agent Specialist (Accounting AI & Process Automation)

About the role

We are looking for an Integration Automation & Agent Specialist to build and maintain the automation and integration layer of our AI-powered accounting platform. You will work on implementing integrations, building automation workflows, and supporting AI agent execution across accounting processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building practical automations, working with APIs, and experimenting with AI-driven workflows.

Your responsibilities

• Build integrations with external platforms (ERP, accounting tools, banking APIs),

• Implement automation workflows for accounting processes,

• Build and maintain API connections and data pipelines,

• Implement AI-assisted workflows (document processing, classification, reconciliation),

• Work with LLM-based automation and AI agents,

• Monitor and debug automation pipelines,

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve automation reliability,

• Support internal process automation and operational tooling.

Must have

• 2-4 years of experience in software development, integrations, or automation,

• Experience working with APIs and webhooks,

• Basic experience with AI tools or LLM APIs,

• Strong scripting / backend skills (Python / JS / Node),

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability,

• Good understanding of data flows and system integrations,

• C1+ level of spoken and written English and Polish.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n),

• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.),

• Experience with document processing or OCR pipelines,

• Experience with accounting or financial data.
