Cooperation model

This role presents a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in launching a startup from scratch. In our venture building model, you will have significant control over shaping the product and the enterprise. Your role involves strategizing and executing ambitious plans, managing operations comprehensively, and guiding a team toward peak performance. This position allows you to influence our strategic direction, catalyze growth, and substantially impact multiple industries. Ideal candidates should possess excellent networking skills and a deep insight into technology and business development.

Main responsibilities as a Co-founder

  • Craft and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and innovation,

  • Assemble and lead a high-caliber team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence

  • Direct the development of the company’s product and service offer that meet customers’ needs

  • Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation,

  • Oversee financial management of the startup, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting,

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

  • Stimulate revenue growth through effective sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships,

  • Lead with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to our core values.

Requirements 

  • Proven track record:
    • at least 5 years of leadership experience in startups,
    • At least 3 years in transactional platforms and/or marketplaces,
  • Experience in building startups and projects “from scratch”
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and business development strategies,
  • Exceptional networking and business development skills,

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about fostering growth and innovation,

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities,

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup setting,

  • Knowledge of project management and process design,

  • Proficiency in Polish and English.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in medical of physiotherapy services.
