Cooperation model

This unique venture building model of cooperation ensures you a pivotal role in building a startup from the ground up and driving success in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create the product and the company. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, overseeing all aspects of operations, and leading a high-performing team. You will have the unique opportunity to shape our strategic direction, foster growth, and significantly impact MedTech. We seek a leader with exceptional networking abilities and a deep understanding of microbiota issues.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking strategic vision for the company’s growth.

  • Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

  • Oversee product development to meet target audience needs and drive user engagement.

  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovation and growth opportunities.

  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Apply knowledge of the latest trends to drive growth and success.

  • Drive revenue growth through practical strategies, market expansion, and partnerships.

  • Lead by example, demonstrating integrity and a commitment to company values.

Product and Market Focus

  • Lead the development of innovative healthcare products from conception to market launch.

  • Ensure the product's user experience meets the needs of healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research for product improvement and alignment with market needs.

  • Develop a clear product roadmap aligned with the company's vision.

Marketing and Outreach

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with business goals.

  • Oversee digital marketing efforts to reach target audiences effectively.

  • Create and manage content that complies with healthcare sector regulatory guidelines.

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for product launches.

  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers in the healthcare and MedTech.


  • 5-10 years of experience in the MedTech sector, preferably in a startup or venture-building environment.
  • Degree in biomedical engineering, medical sciences, business administration, or related fields. Advanced degrees are preferred.
  • Deep understanding of microbiota issues and healthcare regulations.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
  • Innovative mindset with a track record of driving product development.
  • Exceptional networking skills to navigate and thrive in the MedTech ecosystem.
  • Resilience and flexibility in fast-paced and innovative environments.
  • Commitment to staying informed about industry trends and technological advancements through continuous learning
  • Evidence of past achievements in strategic growth, product development, and team leadership within the MedTech sector.
  • Ability to articulate a vision for contributing to the company's success and adapting to industry changes
